Wow! We are so impressed with all the beautiful blocks submitted throughout 2011. A total of 521 blocks were submitted! We can tell there are gorgeous quilts in the works. You’ve intrigued us and now we want to see the finished products. So here’s the final challenge…
CHALLENGE
Submit a photo of your finished EQ BOM quilt (or quilt top). We will display the quilts here on the blog. Then the EQ team will choose one favorite to take home the grand prize! We must receive your entries by March, 1, 2012, 9 am, EST.
GRAND PRIZE
Grand Prize: One winner will be chosen by the EQ staff to receive the entire Quilting Designs Series, Volumes 1-7!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Send your entries to webmaster@electricquilt.com, subject: BOM Finished Quilt and include:
- EQ project (tell us which quilt it is in the Sketchbook)
- Photo of the entire finished quilt (not at an angle/as straight-on as possible, larger than 600 pixels, do not crop out the background, do not cut off the borders or binding in the picture)
- Quilt Title
- Who gets the Credit? (designer, maker, quilter)
- What inspired the look of your quilt (aside from EQ’s BOM challenge of course!)
We can’t wait to see what you’ve come up with. Remember, we must receive your entries by March, 1, 2012, 9 am, EST.
